We are a premier litigation boutique in White Plains, New York, and are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. With a reputation for excellence in high-stakes litigation, we specialize in resolving complex business disputes, real estate litigation, contract issues, and other facets of commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft sophisticated legal documents such as briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Engage in client counseling and provide strategic advice on commercial and contractual matters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar (additional bar admissions are a plus).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated experience handling high-stakes business disputes, real estate litigation, and contract-related matters.
- Federal and state court litigation experience is highly desired.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
