Job Title: Trust & Estates Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to provide comprehensive legal services for our clients in estate planning, estate administration, and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estates law, including expertise in estate taxation and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Advise clients on estate planning strategies to minimize taxes and ensure compliance with regulations
Represent clients in probate court and handle all aspects of estate administration
Assist clients with litigation matters related to trusts and estates
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on trust and estate issues
Provide guidance on succession planning for businesses and individuals
Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to implement estate plans effectively

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estates law
Strong knowledge of estate taxation and related laws
Proven experience in probate and estate litigation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
