Founded in 2003 we are a 20 employee boutique tax preparation & consulting firm located in Wellesley, MA. We provide tax & consulting services to high net worth individuals & their families, closely held businesses, business owners / entrepreneurs and nonprofits. This Tax Staff Accountant would work along side our accounting team with flexible work hours!

What You Will Be Doing

1) Preparation of individual, corporate, partnership & trust tax returns for a wide range of clients
2) Gather pertinent financial information from clients through meetings & doc requests

3) Calculate tax liabilities & deductions using tax software

4) Review tax returns for accuracy & compliance w/ laws

5) Assist clients w/ tax planning strategies to limit tax liabilities

What You Need for this Position

1) Bachelors in Accounting or closely related field

2) CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred

3) 3+ years of public accounting with a focus on tax preparation

4) Experience w/ a few common tax software
