Position Overview: We are currently seeking Tax Staff and Tax Seniors to join our public accounting firm. The Tax Senior will be responsible for working with clients to prepare and review individual, partnership, corporation, estate, trust, and gift tax returns. The successful candidate will be highly driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent client service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporation, estate, trust, and gift tax returns.
Analyze and research complex tax issues.
Provide tax planning advice to clients.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Review staff work product.
Assist in training and mentoring of staff.
Consult with clients regarding tax planning, financial projections, and cash flow planning.

Qualifications:

CPA preferred but not required for Senior position
Minimum 3 years of public accounting tax experience.
Familiarity with 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, and High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) tax returns.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
