Location: Dallas, TX (East Dallas market)
Salary: $115k-$145k depending on experience
Requirement: 5+ years in construction, Educational experience (must have ground-up experience)

Our primary focus for this role is on K-12 Educational Ground-up projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects
- Active participation in new Project Pre-construction
- Monitor job progress, Subcontractor performance & Project costs
- Review Assistant Project Manager (Asst. PM) RFIs and Submittals
- Working knowledge of project bids and issue contracts
- Negotiate with Subcontractors & Suppliers
Experience working in Commercial Construction focused on either:
- K-12 projects (Ground-up)
- Competitive base salary $115k-$145k depending on experience
