Title: Senior Director of Engineering

Based in Texas, we are an independent, full-service developer and publisher of leading video games. We have shipped over 200 games on 10 different platforms and have worked on some of the biggest PC gaming franchises to date. While we are a AAA studio, we pride ourselves on our intimate work setting and collaborative environment. We are looking for an Engineering Leader to work in a hands-on capacity from time to time while also leading a team of 3 managers and 20 engineers!

What You Will Be Doing
This is a pivotal role in spearheading our engineering team, driving their growth, and cultivating their talents within the realm of game development. This position entails not only steering the team through innovative projects but also fortifying our ranks through strategic efforts.
Core duties include leading a team of 20, while conceptualizing, crafting, and troubleshooting intricate systems and pivotal features. You will also active contribute as a developer as needed. Proficiency in C++, Unreal Engine, and version control systems is paramount.
