Located in the Twin Cities area, we are an information services company that helps hospitals and medical facilities save on medical equipment and IT costs. Our team was founded 20+ years ago and continues to grow and serve the community, and now we are looking to add a Sales Rep to the mixture.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products and equipment to healthcare professionals and organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote medical products and equipment.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to highlight the benefits and features of our products.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of medical products and equipment is a plus.
