We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage multifamily construction projects in Houston. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Lead project teams, including subcontractors, architects, and vendors, to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery.
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and project timelines are adhered to.
Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resources to ensure financial goals are met.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or challenges that may impact project delivery.
Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.
Ensure quality control and conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain overall project goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily or commercial construction.
Strong background in managing large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
A strong problem-solver with the ability to handle challenges and keep projects on track.
