Position Overview
We are commercial roofing contractor that services the Southeast US with offices in both Mount Holly, NC, and Charleston, SC. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively managing resources and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize roofing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses to project inquiries.
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry
Hands on experience on commercial roofing projects is a big plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Can read and interpret construction drawings
