We provide our clients and residents with excellent service and high-quality products, and we specialize in the development and construction of multi-family, senior housing, and industrial properties.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily construction to oversee and ensure the successful completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure effective execution.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably multifamily.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
