Position Overview
The Project Architect will lead the architectural design and development of projects from concept through construction. This role involves collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design efforts for various projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.
Prepare and review construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Manage project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project planning.
Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
Oversee design development processes, ensuring that designs meet sustainability goals and best practices.
Maintain strong client relations through effective communication and project updates.
Facilitate team collaboration and ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Licensed Architect with relevant certifications.
Proven experience in project management within the architectural field.
Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in sustainable design practices and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations and team collaboration.
Ability to analyze and assess site conditions and project requirements critically.
