Position Overview
The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence within our food processing and manufacturing facilities. This position focuses on implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall quality in line with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for waste reduction and cost control in food processing and manufacturing operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools for team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and report progress to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within food processing or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred), and the Toyota Production System (TPS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
