Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in various personal injury cases, providing expert legal counsel and representation throughout the litigation process. The attorney will focus on achieving favorable settlements and verdicts for clients while ensuring their rights are protected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and more.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases for trial or settlement negotiations.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Advocate for clients during litigation, including depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with experts and witnesses to strengthen case arguments.
  • Maintain detailed records of case progress and communicate updates to clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with a strong litigation background.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
