Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to attorneys in litigation processes and ensure that all legal documentation is prepared and filed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Organize and maintain case files and documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for depositions and case-related matters
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in litigation
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in legal research and writing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with toxic tort cases and related legal processes is a plus
