First year OTE $150,000+!

Outside Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and enhance customer relationships in the water treatment and oil industries, while promoting our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to identify new business opportunities and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the water treatment and oil sectors.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and outreach activities.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in water treatment or oil industries.
Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience with account management and maintaining client relationships.
Familiarity with gas, water management, and modular water treatment solutions is a plus.

Benefits

$70,000-$100,000/ year base salary

Plus commission, the first total comp should be in the $150,000, plus. Uncapped
