Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning/Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to improve our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to deploy scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex business problems into actionable machine learning solutions.
Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability for model training and evaluation.
Conduct experiments to validate models and improve accuracy.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data engineering.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, and ETL processes.
Experience with building data pipelines and working with large datasets.
Knowledge of additional ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and SPARK is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS EMR and big data technologies like Hadoop and Kafka is desirable.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
