Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and will be responsible for representing clients in court, managing legal documents, and providing expert legal advice. The Litigation Attorney will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' rights are protected throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law cases in court proceedings
Draft and file legal documents including pleadings and motions
Conduct legal research to support case strategies
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
Prepare case strategies and manage litigation timelines
Stay updated on legal procedures and court rules

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
3+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on family law
Strong understanding of court procedures and legal research
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
