Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role involves working closely with development teams to implement effective testing strategies and enhance our testing processes while focusing on energy efficiency and cloud-based solutions.

Benefits: While you remain working for the Company, you will be eligible to receive benefits in accordance with the benefit plans in which the Company participates. Among other benefits, you will be eligible for 20 days of annual Flexible Time Off (accruing at 1.67 days per month) with the ability to roll over up to 5 days into the next calendar year, twelve company-paid holidays per year, participation in our 401K Plan with matching contribution, and medical insurance. More specific information regarding the Company's present benefit structure will be provided to you when you begin your employment. Where a particular benefit is subject to a formal plan (for example, medical insurance), eligibility to participate in and receive any particular benefit is governed solely by the applicable formal plan document.
Stock Options: Subject to approval by the Company's Board of Directors, the Company shall grant you an option to purchase ____ shares of the Company's Common Stock. The foregoing options shall be issued at an exercise price equal to the fair market value of the Common Stock as determined by the Company's Board of Directors on the date of grant (the "Option Grant"). The Option Grant shall be subject to the vesting (25% on the first anniversary of the Start Date and the remaining 75% vesting in equal monthly installments of 36 months) and other terms and conditions set forth in the Company's 2018 Stock Incentive Plan and associated stock option agreement.
Remote Work. Company maintains a work-from-home policy and allows for flexible hours. Of course, all team members may be required to attend in-person Company meetings and otherwise be available when needed. To support your work-from-home, the Company provides a $300 allowance for purchase of equipment such as a desk or chair. We also have bi-weekly virtual lunches with a $25 Door Dash credit.
