Position Overview
The IT Network Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the network infrastructure and ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of network operations. This is a hands-on role collaborating with peers, with one direct report providing effective support and maintenance of network systems, implementing cloud solutions, and ensuring the infrastructure meets the organization's needs. This role will also oversee the help desk.
