We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in insurance defense litigation and be eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage a caseload, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients in court.
Defend clients in a variety of insurance-related litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and coverage disputes.
Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
Provide legal analysis and risk assessment to clients.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Ohio.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
