Industrial Maintenance Technician, Addison, IL, $27 - $34/hr, depending on experience

1st (7am-3:15pm), 2nd (3pm-11:15pm), and 3rd (11pm-7:15am) shifts available!!!

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various machines and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance checks on industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Repair and replace faulty parts to keep machinery in optimal working condition.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with PLCs and troubleshooting.
Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with injection molding machinery and related controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
