About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years in the field to join our team. This role involves performing a range of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in diagnosing issues, completing installations, and conducting routine maintenance with a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various settings
Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to determine repair needs
Conduct regular maintenance checks, including testing systems, cleaning, and calibrating equipment
Ensure systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain detailed logs and reports of maintenance and repair activities
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow safety protocols and industry best practices during all installations and repairs
Support the team by providing mentorship and training to junior technicians as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience in installation, repair, and maintenance
Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field
EPA certification (required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
