Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing estimates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on blueprints, specifications, and client requirements.
Analyze and review project documents, plans, and specifications to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate project budgets and timelines.
Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project conditions.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality.
Prepare and present estimates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.
Monitor ongoing project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to reflect changes in scope or materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Preferred.
Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
