Role: Estate and Trust Administration Attorney
Location: Hendersonville, NC OR Asheville, NC
Salary: $90k-$150k (dependent on experience)
A distinguished estate planning, probate, and trust administration firm with offices in Asheville and Hendersonville, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. With a legacy of excellence, we specialize in delivering clear, reliable guidance to protect clients' assets and legacies. We are looking for a passionate professional to provide exceptional legal services and uphold our commitment to client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to assess needs and develop customized estate planning strategies.
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Advise on transfer tax planning, asset protection, and business succession planning.
Manage probate and trust administration processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive, client-centered solutions.
Stay updated on estate planning and probate law developments to provide informed counsel.
Qualifications:
Licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Board Certification in Estate Planning & Probate Law preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Commitment to integrity, ethics, and exceptional client service.
