What you will be doing:

Defending and resolving wage and hour class and PAGA cases.

What you will need for the position:

At least 5 years of experience practicing employment law with significant experience defending and resolving wage and hour class and PAGA cases.
Strong persuasive writing and communication skills are a must as a proactive task, time and project management skills.
Strong team spirit, humility, sincerity, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.
JD from an Accredited Law School.
