Electrical Technician

Location: Bourbon, IN

Pay: $27hr-$35hr

Position Overview
The Electrical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair equipment as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems.
Assist in the installation of electrical components and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
Collaborate with other technicians to improve operational processes and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Support the development and implementation of value propositions for equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Familiarity with PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is a plus.
Experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting is beneficial.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
Certification or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
