Position Overview
The Electrical Estimator - Project Manager will oversee the estimation and management of electrical projects, ensuring accurate cost assessments and effective project execution from initiation to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in electrical systems and strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed cost estimations for electrical projects in accordance with NEC standards.
Manage the overall project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
Lead procurement activities and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project.
Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and quality standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Master or Journeyman Electrician License
3+ Electrical Estimator or Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of NEC and relevant electrical codes.
Excellent skills in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for project design and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relations.
Experience with risk assessment and quality control processes.
