We are a well-established commercial drywall subcontractor with locations all throughout the East Coast! We are actively looking for Drywall Project Managers in Richmond, VA.
OTE up to $200k after salary + bonuses!

What you'll be doing:
- Managing and supervising assigned construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee all aspects of day to day activity of the job
- Responsible for purchasing
- Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents
- Receive hand-offs from estimating department
- Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment
- Team learner and leader - must have growth mindset
- Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs
What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 3+ years Project Management experience
- 2+ years commercial drywall experience
- Experience with data center projects (preferred)
- Experience with metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, stucco, etc.
- Effective communication & organizational skills
