Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage commercial paint projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial paint projects.
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial paint industry OR GC/Commercial Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial paint techniques and materials.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
