We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our Houston, TX team, ideally with 5+ years of sales experience selling to commercial and/or large property companies (i.e. Hospitals, Universities, Commercial Real Estate, etc.). A successful candidate will be a highly organized team player who can deliver in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ultimately handle all aspects of assigned projects from beginning to closeout. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

You will be responsible for generating leads, and then transforming those leads into customers. You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy to meet our sales goals and objectives. You will handle prospecting, bidding, contract negotiation, and will manage the project with the help of our field operations leaders.
