Civil/Environmental Design Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil/Environmental Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engineering solutions that promote sustainable development and environmental protection. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project success while adhering to regulatory requirements and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop civil and environmental projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Utilize AutoCAD and ArcGIS for drafting and modeling engineering designs.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare reports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and timelines.
Perform site inspections and assessments to gather data for project design.
Implement HAZPOWER procedures to ensure safety and compliance in hazardous waste management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in the process of obtaining.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArcGIS software.
Experience with HAZPOWER and understanding of hazardous waste regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
