Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in California (or pending admission if licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction)
1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, including discovery, oral advocacy, motion practice, and depositions
Prior experience in class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour cases is a plus
Ability to travel occasionally
