Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in personal injury and litigation. The ideal candidate will provide legal support, represent clients in court, and assist in case preparation, while further developing their legal skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents
  • Represent clients in court hearings and depositions
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case plans
  • Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their cases
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
  • Attend trials and assist in all phases of litigation

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or litigation or someone interested in pivoting to personal injury
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
